When setting up multiple campaigns, you may find it easier and faster to simply duplicate one of your campaigns rather than create a new one from scratch. This is helpful, for example, when you only want to change just one element of an existing campaign such as the targeting, budget or timeframe.
For instance, if you have a campaign running only on desktop and you want to also test it on mobile, you can simply duplicate your original campaign, change the platform targeting of the duplicated campaign to mobile and you’re all set.
How to Duplicate a Campaign
- Go to the Campaign Management page.
- Select the campaign you want to duplicate, and click the last button on the right, Duplicate Campaign Inventory.
- This will take you to the New Campaign page, where you can update any of the duplicated campaign properties you want to change, starting with the campaign name. Learn more about all campaign settings here.
- Once you’re done making changes, click Continue to save all the changes you made. Then you will be able to start adding campaign items to your new campaign.
You can edit your campaign at any time by returning to the Edit Campaign page.
