Fixed Bid allows you to retain full control over the bid at all times. Unless adjusted otherwise, such as in the by-site tab of your Campaign Summary, the bid you input will always be the bid price paid. This feature is best used if you want to maintain control over your baseline bid and is recommended for campaigns without conversion based KPIs.
