What are real-time reports?
Taboola’s real time report helps you stay on top of metrics that matter to your business. It enables you to monitor your campaign's performance closely and make immediate optimization decisions based on the insights provided.
When to use real-time reports?
Real time reports can be useful to monitor and make changes to your existing campaigns to help improve performance. Use real-time reports to:
- Measure performance for time-specific campaigns
- Monitor target goal for ad campaigns and make relevant adjustments to improve performance
- Identify underperforming campaigns to expand targeting
How to access real-time reports for your campaigns?
To access real-time reports on your Taboola Ads dashboard, access the date picker and select the real-time option.
Please note the following when viewing a real-time report:
- You can access up to date data with no delay upon hitting the refresh button.
- The table will display data for each hour
- You can access the real-time data across campaigns (or against a single selected campaign), sites, countries, platforms, and ads.
Benefits of using real-time report over traditional reports
Real time reports enable:
- Faster decision making: Monitor campaign performance in real time and make relevant adjustments to enhance performance, for example, boosting campaign CPC or budget based on real-time performance.
- View performance across metrics: Track performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, and conversions; further access an overview report (by hour) or drill-down to campaign specific metrics. (view multiple campaign dimensions such as sites, countries in real-time)

Best practices
- Understand the purpose of the campaign and identify the critical metrics to track, we recommend using one or two key metrics to help with decision making.
- Use real time reports to identify underperforming sites and take corrective action.
- Drill-down real time report to campaign level for bid adjustment and/or for optimal budget pacing and spending throughout the day.
