Extending support to add funds through ACH Direct Debit

ACH Direct Debit bank transfers allow clients to connect their bank accounts directly to Taboola Ads and add funds conveniently. 

Please note: This feature is only available for advertisers in the US.

Why use ACH Direct Debit?

• Cost-effectiveness: Add funds to your account without the need for a credit card, eliminating additional credit card fees.
• Simplified transactions: Bid farewell to complex payment procedures. ACH Direct Debit transfers offer a seamless and straightforward transaction process.
• Secure transactions: ACH Direct Debit requires bank account verification, ensuring validity before processing transactions. This safeguards you against fraudulent or erroneous transactions.
• Enhanced control: Maintain full control over the funding process, enabling you to add funds at any time through self-service options.

How can I add funds through ACH Direct Debit?

1. Navigate to ‘Payments and Billing’ in your ads account from under the settings icon.

2. Select ‘connect bank account (ACH)’ option from How You Pay section

3. Select the payment method as ‘US Bank Account’ and then select the appropriate bank account from the available options.

4. Once the authentication is successfully verified, the selected bank account will be added and shown in the How You Pay section

5. Next, click on ‘Add Funds’ and select the ‘ACH Direct Debit Bank Transfer’ option and specify the amount you wish to add in your Taboola Ads account.

6. Lastly, click ‘Add Funds’ button to process the transfer.

Note: ACH Direct Debit can ONLY be used to add funds to your ads account, and not to process monthly invoices. It can take up to 5 business days to process a successful transaction. 

Tracking the status of your transfer

Once a transfer is initiated, you can check the ‘Recent Payments’ section to view details and also status of your transfer. Please note that a new transfer status will show ‘pending’ under status, and once the transfer is complete, the status will show ‘successful’.

To process a transaction using ACH Direct Debit takes up to 5 bussiness days. You can check the status from the ‘Recent Payment’ section under Payments & Billing for your Taboola ads dashboard. 

2. Are there any additional charges?

No, there are no additional or hidden charges when using ACH DIrect Debit as your payment method. 

3. Can I use ACH Direct Debit to make recurring monthly payments?

ACH Direct Debit can ONLY be used to add funds to your ads account, and not to process monthly invoices.

4. Are my transactions safe with ACH Direct Debit?

Since ACH payments must pass through clearinghouses that enforce strict regulations, these transactions are more secure than card or other payment options.
