How to use Change History report
What data the Change History report shows
The Change History report collects all your campaign change activity at the user level to enable better control, transparency and visibility. You can use this data to track:
- What changes have been made by you or your teammates.
- Which activities improved your campaign performance and understand which past ones to avoid.
❗Changes can take up to an hour to show in the report.

How to use Change History report
1. Log in to your Taboola Ads account and navigate to the Campaigns tab.
2. Open More dropdown and choose Change History.
3. To view changes for a specific campaign, rather than at the account level, select the desired campaign from the campaign picker > on the left side while browsing your Change History.
❗If you don’t see any activities, consider applying the filter. To do this, click on the filter icon in the left panel.

You can export the data into a spreadsheet for analysis. It currently supports up to 3,000 lines of data.
What data the Change History report shows
The Change History report currently allows you to track:

- Site boosts and de-boosts (in %)
- Site blockage and unblockage
- Campaign bid and spending limit changes
- Bid strategy changes
- Pausing and resuming of campaigns or ads
- Site capping or blockage by SpendGuard
- Ad settings alterations
- Campaign settings alterations
- Budget changes
- Campaign duplication
- Account settings changes
- Schedule changes
- Conversion settings changes
For each activity, the report provides:

- Date & time
- Campaign name
- Activity type
- Activity details
- Pre-change value (Old)
- Post-change value (New)
- User who made the changes (by email)
